Special Events

Organizations holding special events on City Property must complete a Special Events Application. 

  • *Applications must be submitted at least 90 days prior to event date

  • *All fees must be paid in advance of event date

  • *Please review the "Special Events Application & Guidelines before completing the application.

If  planning to serve or sell alcohol during the event, you must complete the Mandeville Special Events liquor application.  After Council approval city clerk will provide applicant with a letter of approval to complete the required ATC Special Event Alcohol Permit Application.   ATC will not approve an application without the approval letter from the City.
